Diversity and Inclusion

Services encompass all those differences that make us unique, including, but not limited to, race, ethnicity, language, nationality, sexual orientation, religion, gender, socio-economic status, age, and physical and mental ability. GSC can assist clients in developing strategic diversity initiatives that are measurable, attainable, and part of the overall business model for the organization.

People Development

Encompasses what is traditionally considered "team-building," and includes equipping persons within an organization concerning conflict resolution, cultural competency, and inclusion. GSC can advise and assist organizations facing conflict (internal or external) situations, including communications and intervention strategies. From the leadership perspective, "development" refers to the process of assessing and equipping leaders within an organization concerning skills, awareness, and areas of needed improvement in order to increase competence and effectiveness. GSC can help organizations train personnel concerning those skills.
